Susan used to lead a Thursday morning discussion group at the Cambridge Innovation Center (CIC) in Miami called The Foundry. Whether feedback was given to entrepreneurs on their business challenges or they learned about topics relevant to their growth, one thing was clear: they were inspiring each other with fresh thinking, new ideas, and expanding mindsets. Guiding and shaping each other the way metal is cast and poured into new form at foundries. Alchemy. Transformation. This company pays homage to that group and to that process.
"A vision is not just a picture of what could be; it is an appeal to our better selves, a call to become something more."

"Susan coached me for six months as I launched my startup. She has a calm but strong presence, and an incredible breadth of experience to share. More than a coach, Susan is an amazing ally and business advisor. She helped me clarify our mission, refine my pitch, and define our marketing and growth strategy, all while reminding me to keep everything in perspective in business and in life."

"Susan went above and beyond in her coaching and mentoring of the founders in her mastermind group. She keenly listened to their progress and roadblocks to provide insights that left the founders with many “aha” moments. Susan’s approach to coaching is Socratic and empowers the founder to think for themselves. Instead of giving directives, Susan works alongside founders with a hands-on approach to deeply understand context then provide ideas for solutions."

"Susan understands the struggles and frustrations of a CEO. She is very clear as to her suggestions and helps you map out concrete steps to take. She also has the art of always making you feel good. She’s a true startup CEO cheerleader."
"Susan's leadership style stems from her calm and confident demeanor. She always asks the right questions and creates a safe environment to talk about challenging business problems."
Global Product Manager
"I have witnessed Susan’s people-first approach firsthand. She never loses sight of the overall objectives and the complexity of any system, but she manages to place people - their well-being, their growth, their development - at the very core of any issue. Her ability to do so ripples in innumerable and very positive ways into the efficiency, morale, and trajectory of those she manages and mentors."
General Manager & Latin America Lead

"Hiking is a bit like life. The journey only requires you to put one foot in front of the other...again and again and again. If you allow yourself opportunity to be present throughout the entirety of the trek, you will witness beauty every step of the way."
